Donna was born in southern Ontario, and with the exception of four years, has lived there all of her life. Living in Muskoka since 2012 has been a gift! Ministry is not her first career, nor is it her second. Throughout her life she has worked as a camp counsellor and director; elementary school teacher; wife; secretary; mother; child care provider; and her newest career is in grandparenting! She enjoys camping and the outdoors; reading a good mystery novel; crocheting, sewing, and creating hand-dyed swaddling wraps; and spending time with her friends and her kids.
Ordained in 1997, Donna served two other churches before coming to Lake of Bays. She enjoys all aspects of ministry, and finds the three-point pastoral charge keeps ministry interesting. She is passionate about the church of the 21st century, and excited about the possibilities that the Spirit offers as the world and the church change. And, she is looking forward to meeting you, either virtually or in person!
